What are the payment options for reservations?
Immediate online payment when booking: You can pay with a credit card through the PaySera and PayPal payment platforms.
Subsequent payment when booking:
– You can pay with a credit card through the PaySera and PayPal payment platforms.
– You can make payment via bank transfer.
How do I manage my reservations on the platform?
You should always log in with your exclusive B2B access.
Your confirmed, confirmed and paid, canceled hotel reservations, transfers, activities and rent a car will always be stored in your account and you can view them in your “Reservations list.”
After making the reservation, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the service. This email is your reservation confirmation, and for each status change you will receive our notification.
How do I obtain the voucher for my reservation and my invoice?
Once your confirmed reservation is paid, it will change status and you will be able to download the voucher for your service, which is reconfirmed by our professional team and from the “accounting” section of your user, you will be able to download the invoice.
